Overall this has been an extremely enjoyable course to work on – the major benefit to me has been in the area of Difficult Conversations and communication overall – I have used the lessons learnt from this course daily in my communication with all levels of the Business and furthermore have also applied the same logic to how I am communicated with.||My Win Win goals have had real positive impact on B.A.U. and my level of day to day satisfaction within my role and I firmly believe that by implementing some of these issues I have demonstrated a greater willingness to become involved in problem resolution which has itself translated to greater opportunities for me to be placed into more challenging projects and secondments
