This course has been one of not only professional growth, but personal as well. I’ve taken concepts I’ve learnt in this course and utilized them both at work and at home to great successes. Goal setting has been one of the best ideas I’ve been able to implement and also encourage other team members to use. By using this I’ve made considerable headway in my career and personal life and have seen the results with friends and colleagues across the board.||My self-confidence has risen as a result of attending this course, this has been reflected and noticed by others within the workplace. I feel I’ve been armed with great tools to quickly adapt to different locations, teams, people, challenges and situations. With the help of concepts I’ve learnt such as using the ‘high performance environment wheel’ ‘gap resolution’ ‘style flexing’ ‘positive expectation’, tailoring my communication style to get the most out of interactions with others and perhaps the greatest time saver is my new use of delegation. : )||I’ve personally achieved the successful delivery of my work place project and as a result made a considerable saving for the company and achieved the majority of my win-win goals. I’ve even learnt concepts and skills that whilst I may not be in a management position presently, I’ve been able to use to build a higher performing team by sharing my new knowledge and completing assignments within the teams I have working at during the year. ||Whilst being a little sceptical at the beginning of my abilities to complete the Challenge of Leadership, I can’t speak highly enough of this course and process of learning and growth. I’d highly recommend to anyone!!
