The most enjoyable aspects about the course for me were the workshop days and the learnings I took from my other course members. I learnt a lot from the course itself and from my interactions with my colleagues on the course.||I believe my interactions with my team members and management have improved as a direct result of this course. I now can recognise when I am ‘sinking below the line’ and can identify and act quickly on difficult conversations.||Goals I achieved – I was successful in a secondment to a leadership position during this course and I attribute this to my success and transition during the program.
