I enjoyed being challenged at the workshops and being given accurate and meaningful feedback. I have learn a great deal from this course and truely believe I have grown as a leader. The monthly workshops have been excellent. It has been great to work with all the other candiates and learn from them and share our learning from each of the modules. I will continue to use focus goal after completing this course. I am gradually getting better at delegating tasks to my team members. I will also continue to use WIN WIN goals as a method of developing my leadership skills. Thank you LMA
