I believe I become more confident overall. I can run meetings alot better with more purpose and get the desired outcome from the meeting. I have better at managing my time, creating regular to – do lists before leaving it each day. Its been little things for me that has made the most impact. |The course project will be the greatest win for me, its an important project that many have tried and not been able to complete so I am keen to continue on with the project after this course. I have also become better at goal setting, something I used to do just in my head, its now important to right them down, make action steps and follow through with them.
