The most enjoyable aspect of the course for me was the way Desirae was able to involve and encourage all to participate in discussion and activity at each session. This allowed all to share their experiences and have their situations validated by their peers. Personnally, I have been able to identify areas that needed improvement in my own style. I have learnt how to delegate and let go of certain tasks (which was previously a foreign concept to me) and how to deal with correspondence more efficiently. I have been exposed to a wide range of concepts that in turn will assist me in growing as a leader.I believe I have more confidence managing upwards as well.
