I really enjoyed the interaction with Bill and Kris in the course workshops. They made the content relevant, fun and interactive. This made it easy to embed the learning and consider different views of thought. I also enjoyed the interactiveness of other participants within the course. Having different companies on the same course provided an excellent opportunity to discuss issues and solutions with a non bias view and to learn how their companies dealt with certain issues.||I love the tools that LMA provide, they are easy to use and very efffective tools.||My biggest accomplishment with this course is trust in my leadership. I know now that my team want to follow me as a leader and that they want me to lead them.
