Applying the tools and methodologies learned through the modules and in class to my team and seeing the results occur was the most exciting and rewarding aspect of the course. This course has had a direct positive impact on the culture within my department and supported the development of other leaders too.||I was able to develop a project that supports accurate visibility of costs, efficiencies and long term trends in performance which is beneficial not just from managing people and process, but makes it easy to identify bottle necks that have high costs and supports having cost information on hand for any management discussions or proposals.||The development of HPA’s (win-win goals) was also great, as it truly allowed time to be dedicated to the high pay-off parts of my job, and helped prevent time being spent on less valuable activities.
