I found the overall content of the course to be excellent. |It gave me an opportunity to review what I had been doing and gave me new ideas to implement in my day to day activities |By setting my HPA’s with my mentor manager it gave me a clear and better understanding of his expectations and requirements which had not been clearly discussed previously |Overall I have found ways to change what I am doing ‘For the better” which I believe has cascaded down to my team members. |The importance of delegation was a big part of the coarse which was very productive for me
