Group involvement was enjoyable as was getting to know my peers better. The mutual trust and respect amongst immediate team was positive and very noticeable if not directly measurable. The focus goals were all achieved and have taught me the benefit of setting “mini steps” which can be seen to be achieved. The major Project is also nearing completion and is very satisfying to see it accomplished. Better active listening skills will continue to pay dividends long after completion of this course.
