Delegation. Giving other team members more trust and KPA’s to meet. By delegating more of tasks on the job site it has been saving me at least 1 hour per day in phone calls. and also by giving then team member more tasks is getting them thinking more about the job. They now know that I’m intrusting them with more work. at first I thought they might think that I’m give more to do so I can slack off. but now I can concentrate on HPA’s and they get a better sense of ownership of there job. making a happy job environment for all of us. Since this im getting along better with the team and I think its the same for them.
