Most enjoyable aspects of the course was a relaxed friendly environment ||Measurable results were identifying time spent on tasks and delegating tasks to allow more time to spend on HPA’S |Communication has improved in the work place and with customers due to this course|Time management has also improved ||Goals completed as below|Creation of a daily task list to ensure all tasks have been complete|Have daily re-portable tool box meetings with all team members |I will be home by 6.00pm every working day|As the other 2 goals are long term they will not be complete until later this year
