The most enjoyable aspect of what I have learned is about the people I deal with be it management, team members or peers we are all human and have needs. I have learnt some skills in communication that have led me to a much better understanding of the people around me and what makes them tick. I have never been one to worry about realtionships, always had the attitude people are paid to do a job so just do it. You can achieve so much more working with your team as opposed to directing them and everyone goes home with a sense of achievment and a want to come back tomorrow
