The individual journey of growth was one of the most enjoyable aspects. the ability to apply learnings literally the moment you walk out of the training room enhances learning outcomes. Sharing this experience with my peers takes learning to the next level and provides insight into various departments I perhaps would’t have had without this course. Goals achieved include improved structure, process and camaraderie across the team, better on boarding of new team members, a team confidence boost by winning a customer service award and self awareness relating to who I am as a leader along with clarity on my own personal values.
