The most enjoyable part the course are the lessons – being able to apply each lesson at work on a daily basis and opening my mind on a different level when it comes to leadership and the way I present myself as a leader. ||I have implemented the Imperative/Important list to my team to increase productivity and have used HPA to my 2IC to decrease her stress levels and learn more in depth about allocating tasks to empower the team.||I have achieved my goal of succession planning and being able to complete my associates books and tests.
