I feel after doing this course I have become more confident in speaking in front of people.||I have also found it allot easier to delegate tasks to my staff that arn’t HPA jobs to me but they are jobs tat will help progress my team.||I have also found that it easier to explain things to people and get my point across instead of mumberling and never getting out what I actually wanted to say.
