Many of the Tools that are used throughout the workshop are great to use in the workplace environment on a practical level. The course delivered on it’s title “Success Strategies for Team Leaders and Supervisors” . For me personally, the Goal Setting aspect was great as well as the focus on “people skills” ie Developing Effective Teams , Improving Communications and Relationships and Developing your People.
