I found that is was a great atmosphere to work in and that the style of learning of very effective. The main measurable results I was able to take away was the ability to utilise my team and share the new time management tools with my team. The goals I was able to accomplish was the promotion to a manager trainer, which was a win-win agreement goal of mine. My intangible gains have clearly been my behavioural and attitude habits. I have formed into a stronger leader with better communication skills and have taken an ‘Above the line’ approach in all aspects of life, from personal to my work life.
