The biggest accomplishment for me was being able to use what I had learnt from this course and positively influence my work team to become more efficient. It’s not every day you can change the attitudes of the people you work with. The course really taught me that I can change the teams direction, even though I’m not an official leader. ||Another moment of clarity was filling out the personal productivity survey, first at the course Introduction/Overview and then again in our last module. The difference in results was truely staggering and the increase in skills and personal confidence from week 1 to week 10 was very satisfying.
