The course taught me heaps, such as the value of time both dollar value and in the sense of wasted time is wasted life, the correct way to set goals to give you the best chance to achieve them, effective communication, run effective meetings, by completion of both focus and win win goals I have more confidence and motivation to achieve more.|The course has also reinforced the thing I have been doing right as a team leader such as leading by example, freedom and flexibility to team members, empowerment and training, the importance of mutual trust, and the benefits of good morale within the team.
