Most enjoyable aspects were discussions in workshops, and hearing a wide variety of views on certain topics. One of my main achievements was simply realising the importance and usefulness of the goal setting process, as I did not actively set and follow goals until this course. Other achivements included getting a new job description and identifying my high payoff activities, as well as reducing the amount of time I spend on activities that were not worthwhile.
