the enjoyable part of the course was working with Marianne and the group sessions . the goals I achieved over the duration of the course were very help full in my understanding of what my time was worth to the company and how important my HPA’s are my two win win goals went very well I had the buy in of the foreman to jump out of the diggers and spend more time on the ground the team management and self management went really well having the file open on my desk all the time helped me to keep double checking .
