The most enjoyable in this course is is the practical aspects in the session and in work. In the course session Marrianne really pushed us to think from different aspects, i really enjoy her enthusiasm towards coaching us, i have to acknowledge she did a fantastic job. ||There are several measurable results that i can identify:|1. I have created 10 SOPs which exceeded my original goal of 8, this allows our team to reach our final objective quicker.|2. I have reviewed number of reports from my senior and this extra review/filter takes off some workload off my manager.|3. I have learned some aspects of the site testing.|4. I have implemented number of systems that allows the business unit to run more effeciently.||There are also other tools which was provided in the course that i am able to refer to if i ever get the chance to.
