Time analysis was very beneficial in identifying exactly where my time goes as was setting out my HPA’s.|This has enabled me to make some better decisions around time spent and delegation to others.|Goal setting and planning has improved which is also a work in progress, the material from course is and will be reflected over as it has a lot of information and tools that are of use and can be put in place in the future.|This course sums up tools and principles that will assist leaders or supervisors in there daily work and home life, some of which are most likely in place . The course highlights these and will enable attendees to focus on aspects that they may have used but not to the extent they should be or even give them solutions to issued they have currently.
