When I started the course, I had only been in the managerial role for a short time. It was therefore difficult to find and initiate a few of the things we covered in the course. It was hard to thing about developing training and improvement strategies (etc) for my staff when I was still needing them myself.|The course was good in that it made me think more about the different aspects of my job. Identify distractions or low-priority tasks/people and put them off or delegate them to someone else.||I’m not a specific goal orientated person, so the weekly focus goals were hard to think of and focus on.
