The most enjoyable part of the course was learning about various techniques and other management tools to successfully lead a team and create an environment which is highly productive and motivated.|Achievements for me include, regular pre-start discussion for teams regarding workloads, job progress, to do lists, identifying gaps, important/imperative (prioritising work), delegation.|Other goals accomplished include multiskilling staff, delegation of low pay off work to others, and training/succession plans/reviews.
