I came to view the workshops as fun place to interact and discuss professional work habits and also frustrations and challenges with like minded colleagues. I even enjoyed providing to some others a type of mentorship as I have been in sales a long time already. For me a lot of the material was a positive affirmation that much of what I do is on the right track. The rest was tidying up what I had let slip and allowing some of this process and professional approach (such as focus / win-win goals) to spill over into my personal life. Measureable results for me is an active participation now in my overall attitude, a few additional habits and a greater belief in my profession.
