Due to the mix of different people in my course group at various levels of their careers I was able to gain insight into not only what is wanted from my superiors but also my peers, what they might expect of me and what I can do to progress from here. |The course has helped reduce my stress levels at work by prioritising my workload and planning my days. My focus at work is improved and my overall productivity has increased.
