The most enjoyable aspect of this course was seeing how it had real application in my workday and personal life. Once I came to understand the value the tools were adding, they really did make doing my job easier. I found I was more time focused and achieved a lot more in my day and I was more confident in directing others as I was clear through using my tools and doing my analysis what I wanted my end results to be.
