The leadership course content reflects current management practices in australia it is aligned with our organisations needs for the future. It has developed my leadership and management skills. The course content is applicable to any organisation. The deliver method of modules is done in such a way that the knowledge is just like breathing it is unconsciously retained.The course facilitator/coach was essential for my successful transformation into a leader . Most modules could have some form of measurement whether it be cost saving through time analysis or successful completion of goals from achieving set action steps. The goals i set for myself during the course to manage routine procedures /documentation,developing work priorities,maintaining effective communication and being a more confident leader to provide support to employees where all successfully achieved before completion of course. I had also set a personal goal to start a family business with my wife and our 3 year old son it has been successfully achieved, without this course i would not have had the tools or motivation to achieve this. I am now a goal orientated person.
