I thoroughly enjoyed this course. The content of the course was relevant, challenging and educational. Personally, I developed a number of soft skills particularly time management skills, and professionally, I learnt a whole suite of skills, tools and knowledge to help improve my performance in every aspect of my role. While I’m not in a supervisory position today, the course has provided me with the confidence to step-up and apply what I have learnt to my current team environment and to lead by example, which will make me a more confident and able Supervisor when the time comes.
