Before starting this course I was stressed for number reason including a management changes within our business, finding the time to do this course was a challenge on its own, but once I started I could see the benefits and started to see a change in the way I was approaching problems.|I looked forward to the next module every 2nd Thursday, where we learnt a number of concepts, swap ideas & was introduced to a number of useful tools, It was fantastic to be in a room with a number of motivated participants who have shared experiences ‘’on the front line.’’us forward along a path of continuous improvement. This demonstrates our commitment to thinking above the line, giving us the competitive edge ensuring we thrive into the future
