The aspects I enjoyed most throughout the course were the course content, the opportunity to hear other course mates opinions and experiences with certain issues, and having a facilitator that is engaging and easy to listen to – this could easily make or break the learning experience.|I have successfully developed my leading, organisational and planning skills, and it is causing a flow-on effect throughout our company as I am seeing changes in team members attitudes and engagement. I have learnt valuable skills in conflict resolution and how to deal with those difficult employees, as well as techniques to engage and motivate our team. The course project I accomplished has had great benefits so far and is set to generate a substantial return on investment through time savings and a number of other qualitative benefits.|The biggest change I have noticed within myself is that I have become more engaged and have clearer direction in my role through putting to action the learnings and tools from the course.
