I enjoyed the whole course although at times it is very demanding to complete in 9-10 months. With work commitments and interstate/overseas travelling,it is difficult to catch up when you have missed several workshops.|Deb is fantastic as the facilitator. Lisa Field is my coach and is excellent support. I have enrolled 3 department managers in the Challenge of Leadership Certificate course.|It is a well thought out course that enables you to immediately apply it to your work environment.|I am a much better manager from it, saving money and improving my effectiveness and efficiency. I expect the organisation to increase the ROI in the coming years as I and others improve our skills and become High Performance Managers.
