The most enjoyable part of the course was sharing ideas and experiences with peers who are in the same boat as me. It makes you realise that you are not alone and you are able to learn in a safe, friendly environment. You can also apply what you learn in your daily work career.||By participating in this course, I feel better equipped to continue the role of manager. It is not an easy job and takes time to change behaviour but I am much more conscious of areas I need to improve in to maximise not only my own performance but that of my team. Time management is an area I feel like I have improved in as well as overall awareness of what it takes to be a good manager.
