After i studied this course, I found that i become more of a leader rather than just an ordinary staff. I care about my team more than I used to be and knowing that my performance is not for myself only, it will count towards to my team’s performance as well.|The most enjoyable aspect about this course is to be able to share the win with other people every fortnight and able to do some role play and group presentation.|I have accomplished all the win win agreement goals that I have set from the start of this course which had polish up my leadership skills at work.
