The most enjoyable thing from this course was using the coloured hats that was good experience.doing the nigitive feedback role play was good.Measurable results were improve in time management/ learn on how to delegate tasks /goals settings personal and team development /learned on how to plan better /improved commnications / learned problems solving technique / The goals were that we managed to reduce the amount of paper profiles /increase our slitting machine production by 10 percent/ Train my team on new skills like using our scanning system/ Other achievements were the knowledge gained from completing this course.
