The learning environment at the workshops was a great asset, mixing with peers from such varied environments and developing relationships and understandings was a great asset. Understanding that whatever your work environment you can have the same issues was an important learning point to me.|I have developed more self belief and confidence in myself as a manager and that is empowering me to achieve more with the team. I am not second guessing myself and questioning processes as much. This is allowing me to be more positive and engaging with staff.|Finally I have started formatting new procedures for administration reflecting changes that have taken place over the last 12 months. I am creating more time for HPA’s by using different planners ( discussion and daily planners etc).
