The LMA Course has confirmed the importance in SMART achievable goals along with time management.|As we progressed through the course I have now prioritized my day to focus on my High Pay Off Activities so I can achieve a higher performance level.|I am now focusing on my teams contribution in the work place by giving them confidence and ownership of ideas allowing them to contribute in the decision making process to achieve there own goals while creating a learning environment.|The journey has contributed to me gaining more quality time to build a performance edge.
