Initially I was a bit sceptical of the environment but within the first session I really enjoyed it. The content was great, my peers were excellent and I learnt a lot from them.|I was able to set measurable goals & achieve them but step by step ticking activities off, this had high payoff in my role as I was starting a new one within the company at the time.||Looking at where my time was being spent really sparked for me that I was not really spending the correct amount of time in the different areas. Once I determined that coupled by what I was learning in the course was really good.||Probably couldn’t have come at a more perfect time.
