it was a very enjoyable with a good facilitaor that explained everything so you can understand sand along with good class mates made coming each fortnight enjoyable and it has opened my eyes to how i can improve to do my job better in the way of setting my plans up and giving me confidence to exacute them. i accomplised all sorts of goals through the course from planning to dealing with questions a customer may throw at you.
