A thoroughly enjoyable and relevant course. Sometimes we get so busy that we get bogged down in the unimportant stuff and don’t get round to the important stuff that really adds value. This course meant I could identify which activities provide value, and which could either be delegated or don’t add value – then act upon organizing my day in a way that adds value.||And it has been great to empower my staff with additional responsibilities and watch them shine and grow.||Having a course where we meet as a group on a monthly basis means that we are accountable to the other participants, coach and mentor – it’s amazing how that means things get done!
