1. Most enjoyable aspects: I really enjoyed attending the fortnightly tutorials, the team members and facilitator made the learning experience challenging and enjoyable. I did look forward to the tutorials/||2. Measurable – Reduction in write offs in my jobs, increase work on my HPAs. ||3. Goals – Business and work goals such as increase confidence in delegating tasks, completion of household budget, increased communication with team members and senior management.
