I was asked to to the TPE to become an LMA Course Coach. What I found was that through Susan’s facilitation and Marilyn’s mentoring the TPE provided me the means to make the transition from a long term corporate background to current role in a small business. It allowed me to focus on personal development areas that i needed to to ensure I added value to the business and in particular focus on results not the process.||A wonderful course which has so many tools to increase not only my own productivity but also assist when meeting with clients/
