I found it a bit daunting returning to the classroom after 36 years but did enjoy hearing from the other participants about their industries and issues. Personally I found some areas very helpful. I now delegate a lot more things so I can focus on my hpa’s etc. I now feel better prepared going into meetings with prospects and structure my appointments better.
