When I was promoted to lead the maintenance team, I wanted to improve to be an effective and caring leader. This course has provided me with a path and various tools to practise and build on to be an effective and motivational leader. The material and workshop provides one with various aspects of self-improvement which will eventually be beneficial for the team and the organisation as a whole. The idea of win-win goal, goal setting and aspirations which can be used both for personal and business development, aspires self and the team to achieve success through systematic approach.
