The most enjoyable part of the LMA course for me was the classes. The facilitator ” Kerry Silverson” I found to be a very energetic and motivated individual who really knows the course content, and knows how to make the learning environment a fun place to be ” the lollies help too”. I also found “feedback online” very easy to use and a great place to get feedback and keep up to date I have vastly improved my skillset and knowledge about becoming a team leader and how to better manage time and people. As a result of this I feel much more confident and have improved as a person. I have also achieved most of my goals throughout this course and working towards achieving the rest and setting more!
