I really enjoyed the process of repetition throughout the course – from the repeated concepts, to the CD’s as a form of taking in the information, to the spread out in intervals workshop format. This took me on a journey of highs and lows that were always challenging me and pushing me to be the best that I can be, and look for an above the line approach even at times where I was outside of my comfort zone. The support and knowledge that every other participant was also on this journey with me was also very encouraging and inspiring, and through hearing their experiences further motivated me to see the possibilities in every situation.
