I thoroughly enjoyed the course and it had me thinking and planning different goals throughout the course and of ways to improve my leadership with my team members. ||I believe my time management improved greatly and I am now using the tools provided to help me keep on track.||Personally I achieved some goals that I have had in mind for a while, however putting it down on paper made it real and gave me something to strive for and complete.||The Interaction with the training group, even though we were from different industries made the workshops very rewarding.
