As I am a people’s person I really enjoyed the interaction with all my colleagues and the facilitator in finding out all our fears, aspirations, dreams, goals and how some colleagues struggled with certain modules and some flew through them and then assisting each other so we could all get a good outcome.|I feel a lot more confident and part of the organization since starting this course.|Most significant goal for me was increasing my computer skills, which meant I was freeing up my time because I had become more proficient in doing things and that was good for personal growth to.|A huge achievement was standing up in front of a group of people and doing a presentation.
